How to File Your Claim

1. Call the number on the back of your insurance card.
2. Tell them you are choosing Zion Auto Glass in Lufkin, TX. If they can't find it, ask the rep to look up the shop using this phone number 936-707-7105.
3. Do not let them pressure you. Repeat: "I have chosen Zion Auto Glass."
4. Ask for your Dispatch Number or Referral Number.
